Thank you for choosing me as your Skincare & Waxing Specialist. ✨Policies✨ 🩶All intake forms must be completed before appointment to avoid cutting into your appointment time. We will go over the forms together once you arrive. 🤍Please no extra guest unless being serviced immediately right after with their own scheduled appointment. Scheduling🗓️ 🩵Schedule is open 2 months in advance at a time. 💛A picture of your ID is required to be sent via email or text at least 24 hrs before your scheduled time. It will be added to your chart. ID must be a match to person that booked the appointment. Failure to do these things will result in cancellation of appointment. Deposits💰🔏 🩵All Deposits are non-refundable. 🤍Deposits can be transferred one time to the same type of appointment within 2 months. After that a new deposit is required. This does not apply to “ No-Show” appointments. 💛This will be a portion of your service amount. The remaining balance is required at appointment. Payments💳 🩶Card or Zelle are the only acceptable forms of payment. 🩵No Cash,  Cashapp or Apple Pay excepted at this time.
